Iron fortified: Iron fortified cereal may be mixed with formula or breast milk. Start with 1-2 baby teaspoons, twice daily for example. Please follow up with your Pediatrician regarding the advancement to other solids and increased servings. Formula or nursing is still the main source of nutrition at this age.
