Sure, but....: A well rounded diet would include the cereal, which in baby food is fortified with iron, something infants need in their diets. Also, encourage you talk to pediatrician about timing of solids at 4 months. Some evidence waiting until 6 months may have advantages the most important thing you are already doing -continuing breast milk or formula, which is the cornerstone of your infants diet right now.
