Improve sleep : We consider night terrors as evidence of poor quality sleep.Sometimes as little as 15-30 minutes more of restful sleep/24 hrs can break the pattern. Warm bath, other settling rituals can help a kid prepare for sleep, but it is getting the sleep that helps.
