Fall asleep with tremors always, whole body shakes. after, i will stand up and move around a few minutes till it goes away then sleep all night. why?

How about video?: Sudden jerks while falling asleep is considered a normal phenomenon but you seem to be describing something a bit different than that which only requires a bit of movement then, off to sleep from there? How about if you could just set up a camera phone on your nightstand and see if you can't capture an episode of these shakes/tremors. Those would be interesting to see as well as your response.
