How often do a baby have to see some before they get use to them...my daughter is almost 11months?

No person, related or not, will get a warm reception unless they are in babies life on a regular basis. Many relatives will call a kid "spoiled" for this but i consider it smart.The kid knows who they can depend on.Strangers are just that, an unknown contact.
