May be related?: Painful goiter should probably be evaluated by your doc as it may be interfering with your thyroid hormone levels. This could be a potential contributor to the dizzy / forgetful symptoms, but kind of a stretch without other more likely symptoms. The pain in your ear could also be related but i think unlikely.
