See doc asap: That kind of sudden intese pain along with reaction in lymph nodes is a history that suggest possible ear infection. In any even the pain is screaming - go get it seen! you may need some antibiotics or done some injury to the ear that got infected. This is not something for self treatment without a medical exam. See your doc or go to an urgent care center. This can get worse without treatment.
