Vomiting blood: If you are vomiting blood, you need to be seen by a physician immediately. Don't put it off by trying to figure out what the problem is, go see a doctor now!

Get evaluated: Vomiting with bleeding is serious. The wall of the stomach can tear with vigorous vomiting from any cause(mallory weiss tear). If you have persistent pain with bleeding go to the er or see your primary promptly. Don't sit around making random guesses while you bleed, get dehydrated and get sicker.
