Correct: Plaster moldings r the best way 2 go.Good molded inserts r more expensive but a reputable orthotics provider will work with u & adjust them so they r right 4 u.

Untrue: That is absolutely untrue. Whether you use a cast, foam box or scanner, does not matter. It is the person positioning the foot that matters.
