Huge foot problem/pain. can orthotics or felt pieces help?

Not really: If you are having a lot of pain, first the cause of pain has to be treated. This could be with medicine or injections. However, after the pain has subsided, orthotics and felt pads can help prevent recurrence. Please see a podiatrist prior to investing in some over the counter orthotics or felt pads and wasting your money.
