A member asked:

Very small white spots in clusters have been on my lip for over a week. they don't hurt and don't pop. what are these? they're on the top and corners

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Fordyce spots.: These sound like Fordyce spots, which are slightly enlarged sebaceous glands visible through the thin skin of the vermilion (red part of lip). They are of no concern (other than appearance) and do not indicate disease state or problem.
