Pulses OK: The pulses are not a concern. But you should definitely discuss with your doctor whether further periodic screening by ultrasound is indicated for you.

Root 4cm: At 35 years of age your aortic root of 4 cm is abnormal. You have a significant family history. Genetic testing by your doctor for connective tissue disorders and a thorough family history are important. The fact that you know your aortic size so well tells me you are following closely with your doctor. Blood pressure control and possible angiotensin blockade.
