See a rectal surgeon: See a rectal surgeon- could be crohns disease with fistua formation. It may need more of an evaluation than just lancing it- especially if it keeps coming back. A fistula is a connection from one area of the intestinal tract to the other- and is seen in crohns disease and causes recurring abscess on the skin.
