Medication SFx?: Some medications may have the side effect of tightening up the urethra, making it difficult to void - amitriptylene and Cymbalta (duloxetine) are common ones for this complaint. If this has just been a recent development, then you might pee in a cup so your fp can see if this hesitancy is the beginning of a uti. It's a little strange that it's only happening in the morning, tho.
