The past few months, the first time i urinate each morning, my urine comes out sluggishly and a bit cloudy. no pain & urination is normal otherwise.

Urine flow: Your first morning specimen always contains more solutes and cells after having collected in the bladder all night long. The flow should not be slower, unless you have an irregularity in your urethra. I would see a urogynecologist to evaluate this problem.
