Many forms: Fiber supplements come as powder u stir into liquid (some are thick [metamucil], others not even noticeable [citracel & others]), chewable tablets [fiber choice], cookie-like wafers [metamucil], tablets, capsules. Important to take them with plenty of water; otherwise the fiber can tighten bm's rather than soften. Ask pharmacist if uncertain which one's best for u.
