I have sclerosis of SI joint shown on Xray & spondyloarthropathy. Neck, spine, lower back & hip pain. Having mri of pelvis to see if fusion in spine. Can sclerosis of neck be missed even though it was shown in si joint? Asking for mri of neck too. Ty?
