It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. It may be due to curvature of your spine. Even without any aberration in curvature, muscles on one side may be affected more. Regular exercise of sufficient intensity and duration to raise you core body temperature, as indicated by sweating will make muscles more supple and help with back ache.
