Need work-up: A new-onset headache in a middle-aged person (sorry) always alarms physicians. See your doctor right away so he or she can evaluate you and determine what tests you need to have, including whether you need an MRI or ct scan.

I've had this headache for around three days. It's severity fluctuates and its often sharp. It is in the back left side of the head.
What kind of headache would it be where it hurts? Pain left side top of neck/low end of back of head, up behind left ear, top left side with also left eye and left ear pain? Have had since Saturday?
Three days of head fog. Forehead feels pressurized with the sides and back of my skull hurting. Energy is very low. Soar throat was present in my home but didnt have much symptoms. Extreme bloating when I get up and walk around. Just uncomfortable?
