Yes: You are an extremely bright person to figure that out. Usually you would not have a low fever but it's possible. I wonder what you are doing to help. Antihistamines and Nasonex (mometasone) spray usually helps but it is possible you also need antibiotics. If possible, see a physician and hope you are better soon.
