Irrigate and see ENT: What antibiotics were you on? They are not all the same for sinus infections, and it is not uncommon to require 2-3 weeks of consistent therapy for treatment. Irrigation should be started immediately- you can purchase a kit from any pharmacy. You should make an appointment with an ENT doc for further eval and treatment. Good luck!
