ENT : At this price point by your son needs to visit an ENT surgeon for a full exam nasal scope and get a sinus culture performed. Until then he should continue Flonase intranasal spray OTC one puff in each nostril each day. If pressure, headache or fever go to ER for immediate ENT consultation and imaging.
