Options.: It takes a while for your serotonin levels to increase with selective serotonin reuptake inhibits - so don't worry that the Celexa (citalopram) is not yet effective. Check out progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises, qigong, taichi, acupuncture and acupressure as adjuncts to your treatment. Good luck.
