Took 2 puffs of albuterol inhaler and one mucus relief pill. are there any side effects from mixing the two?

No side effect: There is no problem in taking both medications together. If the mucus pill has a decongestant, it will make your heart beat wild for a little while, as both albuterol and the decongestant can cause rapid heart beat. It should not be a probem at 21 years of age.
