Depends on past hx: Some patients with asthma can have severe problems with mucus plugging in the airways resulting in a severe asthma attack. If you haven't had that before, then it is not likely to occur, but you still need to take care of your asthma. Call your doctor if you are needing albuterol more than every 4 hours, or if it doesn't relieve your symptoms.
