I have migraine and the doctors gave me topamax, (topiramate) when i took "50 g" i affected by glaucoma and i have allergies but antihistamine is forbidden!!

?: Can't really understand your question/point,if you mean topamax (topiramate) would affect your glaucoma, unlikely and depends on the type of glaucoma,please ask your ophthalmologist as glaucoma is a serious disease, if you are asking whether topamax (topiramate) would interact with antihistamines, yes it would,and not advisable together,2nd generation antihistamines as loratadine or cetirizine won't affect glaucoma though
