Insomnia has many: Causes: stress, heavy meal before bedtime, anxiety, strenuous exercise before bedtime, too much caffeine/nicotine/other stimulants, swing-shift disorder, noisy environment, bright lights, etc. Addressing these factors may help. Fp can help sort out cause(s) & offer options for treatment.
