Massage & rest: Headaches can happen for a number of reasons. In my profession - dentistry, i see headaches associated with grinding and clenching your teeth. This can generate extremely strong forces that will stress out the muscles in your head and create headaches. See your dentist to rule this out!

Tension Type: Headache. The most common primary headache. It is not unusual for patients with TTH to experience pain in the head musculature and around the eyes. The pains are usually bilateral and diffuse and often have tenderness in the cervical muscles and other muscles pain as well as the pericranial muscles.
