I have a small lump in my forehead, it's hard and feels like it's on a nerve because when i press on it and try to move it sometimes, i get a shooting pain through my head. headaches occur sometimes too

Have it checked out!: There are plenty of nerves on the face compared to the rest of the body. So anytime there's a lump, bump, acne, scrape, or lesion, it's painful! So, best to have it checked out by your doctor to physically examine it, and see if it needs further investigation or imaging. The forehead has a lot of nerves there, so the bump is just intensifying it more. It may go away on it's own too. See your DR!
