Lots of things: This could be simple such as tension headaches, although they are not usually on one side only. Sinus infection could certainly cause this. Other types of nerve pain, or other problems could do this too. You should definitely see your doctor and have this problem figured out. Could be simple or possibly serious.

Complex and common : Chronic headaches are very common and very complex to define in many cases. We recommend patients see a neurology specialist in headaches as further testing and imaging (ct, mri) is often needed to exclude serious causes.
