No permanent tx: Mouth ulcers are a form of the herpes virus. Don't mistake this with the sexual type, in fact everybody has these virus cells in them. Stress can bring them our or spicy foods, sunlight, etc. Try and identify what you were doing / eating the next episode. You can get a product called zilactin over the counter that will help reduce the pain. See your dentist if they continue.

Need a Diagnosis: Before anyone can suggest any kind of treatment (permanent or temporary), you need an accurate diagnosis. There are dozens of types of mouth sores. Not only that, but there are all kinds of underlying medical conditions which can cause or contribute to them. You need to see a dentist/physician and get a definitive diagnosis first! then you'll hopefully have some options for treatment.
