See your dentist: If they occur frequently, see your dentist who can use a laser to speed up healing. If infrequent, try colgate orabase to protect and slightly "numb" the area (only use if NT allergic to any of its ingredients). Also: use a toothpaste without sodium lauryl sulfate (read the ingredient listing).
