Possibly nothing: This is a low concentration of ANA and oftentimes has no clinical meaning. It really ddepends on what symptoms and other findings there are. Crampyness in the hands is not usually related to any of the dieases associated with a positive ana. Often, it may take long peiords of time for other symprtoms to develop. Need to keep watch.

Collagen disorder: The titer is a low positive and is nonspecific. It may be elevated in lupus and other collagen disorders as well as inflammatory lung disease ie pulm fibrosis.
