Frequent painless urination, pelvic "discomfort", 2 missed periods, nausea. can a uti be painless while urinating? if not, then what cld this be?

Period: There are several things that come to mind, but i would make sure you get a pregnancy test just to be sure. Missed periods are not associated with utis. Everything you describe could be pregnancy related.
