Recently i started having pain at the lower rib cage right and now it seem to spread to the back body but the pain is not on the spine. wht is this?

Possible : Costochondritis , which effect the junction of the rib to the chest bone (sternum) usually subside by using Motrin in few days, rarely will continue for a while and you have to see your doctor for the treatment.
