1st dose at 2 month: Bases on current immunization schedule, polio vaccine is administered at 2, 4, 18 months of age and last booster dose before entering elementary school (4-6 years). Opv has been replaced with ipv in us.

One: The first set of vaccines are given at 6-8 wks of age. Your baby will receive 1 ipv/opv, plus other shots at this visit. The polio schedule: 2mo, 4mo, 6mo-18mo, and 4-6yr.
