My son took 4 doses of ipv so far and now he is 4 years and a half. the vaccine is out of stock , is it ok to wait or shall i rush and give him opv?

OK to wait.: A booster IPV is recommended between ages 4 and 6, so he if he doesn't get the booster for another 12 months, he is still protected. That should be plenty of time to get new stock.

IPV vaccine: we usually only do 4 IPV doses in children. We don't do 5. So, the short answer, there is not to do anything now.
