A member asked:

Which kind of depression is thought of death?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

ALWAYS MISERABLE: Several varieties of depression, some of genetic origin, some due to bipolar types, manic-depressive variations, situational reactions to tragedies, etc. Usually in my experience, when the depressed patient becomes restless and agitated, that seems when the risk of suicide becomes the most intense, and death does become a major threat. My psych colleagues can help immensely.
