Ligament tears: If you dislocated your finger you at least have to have torn some ligamnets. There is a;so a possibility that you have torn a tendon or worse yet have pulled off a piece of bone that is stuck in the joint. You need to see a hand specialist or at least an orthopedic surgeon and be evaluated and have an xray taken.
