Lowered: Patients with pcos don't ovulate regularly so the chance of pregnancy is lowered. However, you can still get pregnant so plan accordingly.

Varies: With treatment for the pcos that results in you ovulating your chance for conceiving should be as high as 70% or more - as long as there are no other issues contributing to infertility. It may require several cycles.
