I have pcos and have been told by my gynecologist that am not ovulating each cycle how can i boost my chances to ovulate to get pregnant am 92 kg ?

Medication: There are many medications to induce ovulation in patients with PCOS. Ask your doctor if you are a candidate for Clomid (clomiphene). At age 39 more aggressive treatment may be needed.
