Ginger!: First try to figure out what is giving you the acid reflux. Type of foods? What time id it worse? Is it associated with meals? Activity? Does it get better when you eat? Seeing a dr ? Has h.Pylori been ruled out? Weight issues? Assuming all this has been done a couple of tips: fresh cut ginger´root, about 1 tsp, pour boiling water over it , 1 cup, simmer 10 min, add juice from 1/2 lemon, sip.
