Lifestyle change: The key is to have a bunch of friends who push each other to do resistance training together, and work hard. Some men gain muscle far more than others do; it's genetic and "easy gainers" tend to be less healthy as they get older. I hope you will not try steroids; they work but won't give you the life or look that you really want. Natural bodybuilding community is a great one & i hope you enjoy.
