A member asked:

What should i do for my facial pimples and my darkening colour because of sun?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Many options.: Begin with benzoyl peroxide. It's effective and well tolerated for most people, and will help lighten the dark spots. Start with a low strength and increase if needed. With stubborn acne, add a second product with a different active ingredient, such as salicylic acid, alpha-hydroxy acid, or sulfur. If still a problem, see a dermatologist. Prevent further sun changes by applying sunscreen every day.
