Eustachian tube: The opening of your eustachian tube drains your inner ear into your nose. Certain positions of the jaw can open it allowing air to equalize. This is the "pop" you feel. If it's bothersome, i recommend nasal saline rinses and maybe an over the counter allergy pill such as zyrtec. Unless you have pain, hearing loss, or recurrent ear infections, you should be fine.
