My son is 1 and has a small rash in his knee it kinda looks like poison ivy but i know it's not it's about the size of a 50 cent piece.. any ideas?

Dermatitis?: It could be a contact or irritant dermatitis. Other options include poison ivy- but in 1 isolated location, without any satellite lesions, it's unlikely. Topical steroids may help and you can search for a cause- something he rubbed on the knee or something that contacted it.
