My bf had poison ivy. he had a cut on his knee and the poison ivey went awy everywhere but there. nowit's all swollen and red on the knee where cut is?

See doctor: since he may need a potent topical steroid and/or an antibiotic. In the meanwhile, be sure to wash out everything he wore, touched, or stepped on especially on the day when he contacted poison ivy (which may be 2-3 days before the rash developed) with dish soap and water to get rid of the resins.
