I had surgery for a ruptured quad tendon afew months ago and have done 2 months of physio. i only have about 90' rom will i get it back? thanks

Quad ruptures : Are tough to recover from but in time your rom will return. 90 degrees at 2 months is ok. You should continue to improve as long as when you flex your knee there is still some give and not a stiff endpoint to flexion. Stick with it.
