Maybe: If you are jittery, have headaches, anxiety, or palpitations, or have no appetite your dose of vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is probably too high . Some people may have these symptoms on the lowest dose when just starting out but will get better in a week or so. If you have concerns you should discuss your symptoms and your condition with your doctor.

Side effects: If the dose of vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is too high, i would expect complaints of insomnia and excessive activation (like too much caffeine). If you are finding those symptoms and your attention and concentration are still inadequately addressed, you might need to look at other reasons for the difficulty that prompted you to seek help initially. Talk to your doctor.
