Side effect: Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is given for ADD/ADHD to improve concentration. Typically it has a calming effect for that reason. You're right to question having racing thoughts. Please speak to your prescribing doctor without delay to review this dose. Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) should not make you feel hyper or "racy." Best wishes.

First few days on 30 mg Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) were superb. Focus and motivation were high, effects diminished so moved to 50 mg and same thing, worked for few days.

I take 40 mg Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) 5 days a week and get a bad headache in the evening on the 1st day. Is low dose codeine once a week okay? I have uc- no nsaids.
